Returns & Refunds policy

You can cancel your order within 30 days. You don’t need to give any reason.

The 30-day time starts from the day you get your order. If someone else accepted the item for you (not the delivery company), it starts from the day they got it.

To cancel your order, just send us an email. Let us know clearly that you want to cancel. Email: medicineforu24@gmail.com

Once we get the item back, we will refund you within 30 days. We will send the money the same way you paid. You won’t be charged any extra fees.

Conditions for returns:

You can only return an item if:

You bought it within the last 30 days
It is still in the original packaging

You cannot return items if:

They were made just for you or customised.
They can go bad quickly or have expired.
They are opened and cannot be returned due to hygiene or health reasons.
They were mixed with other products and couldn’t be separated.

We may reject returns if these rules are not followed.

Returning Goods

You’ll need to pay for the return shipping and take care of it.

Medicine For U

If the item gets lost or damaged while returning, we can’t refund it. It’s better to use tracked and insured shipping.

We won’t refund anything until we get the item back or get proof that it was sent back to us.

Gifts:

If your item was a gift sent directly to you, we’ll send you a gift credit once we get the returned item. You can use it for your next purchase.

If the gift was not sent directly to you and was given later by someone, the refund will go to the person who bought it.
